We are looking for great people to join our team as we prepare for our peak retail period (September to January).

Responding to all inbound customer enquiries, you will be responsible for delivering a quality response, whether this is for stock queries, returns, replacements or order queries. These enquiries could be over the phone, on live chat, or email.

This role will operate on a flexible, part-time basis (ideally a minimum of 16 hours) over a 7 day shift pattern - you will have the opportunity to work additional hours.

What we are looking for:

• Experience of working in a call centre or customer service role.
• Educated to GCSE English and Mathematics Grade C or equivalent.
• Good keyboard skills and use of systems including email and online systems.
• Excellent communication skills; able to respond professionally and accurately.
• The ability to work and respond under pressure
• Calm, flexible, proactive, organised and keen to continually improve.
• Great team player.
