What I Do

As a Store Manager I am accountable for all aspects of the day to day running of my store. From setting targets to training my staff, to making sure my store has the best standards in the high street I take pride in my part of the business as do all of my staff. People don't come into our stores because they have to; they come in because they want to. My job is to make sure that every time they visit my store they have nothing short of an excellent experience. That's what my team and I do, we look after our customers. Don't get me wrong, its not always easy, we work very hard and to the highest standards. The key is that we enjoy it and if we are having a good time, we pass that onto our customers, after all we all know that Behaviour Breeds Behaviour!

The Best Thing about GAME

The opportunity available to me right now as a District Development Manager is that I get to oversee a cluster of stores as well as my own store and am looking forward to progressing even further in the company.
