What I Do
Basically I do what a Regional Manager does, but I do it at a higher level for Regional Managers.
Much of my time is spent guiding, developing and coaching my Regional Managers in their areas of the business, and a lot of it is spent working with Head Office making sure we all have a common objective and are being as productive as possible.
I rely on my Regional Managers to run my regions, so my focus is to make sure they have the skills, the motivation and the confidence to do the job.
The retail business never really changes. For us it's about the right people in the right place at the right time. Throw in an excellent product that we all believe in and lots of development opportunities and you've got a recipe for success.
The Best Thing about GAME
