What I Do

My role covers just about everything. I drive the team, motivating and rewarding where I need too, and refocusing people where they are struggling. I work with my Deputy Manager as part of a team, if we didn't work as a team we wouldn't get the results we do. It's my job to make sure every member of that team has the skills, the training and the opportunity to deliver. Most importantly, I enjoy my job and the job satisfaction it gives me. At GAME, if you do a good job, people recognise it, so I know future opportunities I get will be the result of my hard work

We work with the very latest technology, in a market that grows in appeal every day. When you see people queuing out of our doors to get hold of some of that technology, it makes the job all worthwhile, it certainly gives me a buzz to make so many people happy every day!
